Dental Implants

Are you looking for the most effective way to replace your missing teeth? Dental implants are the perfect and most popular solution that is designed to mimic the natural structure of teeth, providing a stable foundation for replacement teeth or dentures. Unlike traditional dentures or bridges, dental implants offer a more permanent solution for tooth loss.

NEXT-GENERATION GUIDED DENTAL IMPLANTS

At Envisage, we offer next-generation digital guided dental implants which uses advanced technology to plan and place dental implants with a higher degree of precision. This technology includes the use of computer-guided software, 3D imaging, and surgical guides that are custom-made for each patient.

It begins with a thorough evaluation of the patient’s dental and medical history, as well as a comprehensive examination of the patient’s oral cavity. During this evaluation, the dentist will take digital scans and images of the patient’s mouth using our in-house Prime scan intraoral scanner and cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) machine. These scans are then used to create a 3D model of the patient’s mouth, which is used to plan the placement of the dental implants. After determining the best position for your dental implants, we order the design of a 3D-printed surgical guide.  It is used to place the implants in the digitally planned position with a high degree of accuracy and precision, minimizing the risk of complications.

BENEFITS OF GUIDED DENTAL IMPLANTS

Guided dental implant surgery is particularly beneficial for patients who have complex dental issues or who require multiple dental implants. It is also an excellent option for patients who are anxious about dental procedures, as it minimizes discomfort and reduces the need for multiple appointments. Additional benefits include:

  • It eliminates the need for incision or suturing of the implants.
  • The implants are placed with great precision because of the implant guide.
  • It is better than the conventional dental implant which can be misleading and cause implant failure or injury to vital structures.
  • The implant angulation is pre-determined in the software which ensures that the implants are positioned at the perfect angulation.

If you are considering dental implants, guided dental implant surgery may be a good option for you. Speak with our dental implant surgeon to learn more about this advanced procedure and whether it is right for you.

In-House Technology Used in Dental Implants

At Envisage, we leverage the following technologies to deliver superior patient care and achieve exceptional results in implant dentistry.

Primescan

At Envisage, we use the latest technology to deliver the best service to you and that’s why we have a Primescan intraoral scanner in-house. With the help of Primescan intraoral scanner, capturing dental impressions is digital, faster, easier, and more accurate.

This method captures up to one million 3D points per second using high-resolution sensors and shortwave light.

 CBCT

We use CBCT or Cone Beam Computed Tomography to produce 3-D images of the tooth. It is a CT scan performed using a scanner that sends out many X-ray beams from different angles at the same time. It can provide cross-sectional views of the teeth and highly detailed images, making it one of the best tools for examinations. It functions like an X-ray, but it produces 3-D images of bone unlike 2-D images produced by X-rays. 3D images help our dentists in preparing better treatment plans and accurate implant surgeries.

SICAT IMPLANT

At Envisage, we use implant software by SICAT, which offers a comprehensive set of tools and features that enable our dentists to perform accurate diagnosis, detailed treatment planning, and perfect execution of implant surgeries. It seamlessly integrates with various imaging systems, such as CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography), intraoral scanners, and digital impressions, allowing for the creation of highly accurate 3D virtual models of the patient’s oral anatomy.

We are dedicated to giving each of our patients the healthy smile they deserve!
